I think this image looks accidental - blurred and taken on the hoof. We read all sorts of stuff into it like been in a rush and going home after a day at school. In a way the interpretation may catagorise the image - what it's used for and if this is the case they can probably switch from been art to ethnogahpy. I don't think the distinction resides within the image itself more it's context - maybe we need to ask the person who took it.
